Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a very light, slow massage. Instead of working into muscle, the therapist uses gentle, rhythmic strokes on the skin, moving toward the lymph nodes.
Prices are set per studio. They come from the live booking system and can change; the booking screen shows the current price.

“Had a swedish massage done by Delena. Very good and professional service. She asked beforehand about any special conditions and areas of focus. And also asked at various times during the massage if I wanted the pressure to be adjusted. Delena did a great job and I would come back!”

“I try out various massage spots but this one is a keeper. … Even during the massage my therapist made sure they were getting the spots I requested, offering to focus on those areas longer.”

Your therapist asks about your health, any surgery, swelling and medication.
Pressure is much lighter than a regular massage. The skin is gently stretched in slow, repeated movements.
Areas near the neck and trunk are usually treated before the arms and legs.
Drink water and take it easy for the rest of the day.
Lymphatic drainage is used in medical care, mostly to manage lymphedema, for example after breast cancer treatment (Cleveland Clinic). That work is usually done by specially certified therapists as part of a care plan.
If you are recovering from surgery, including cosmetic surgery, or you have lymphedema, call the studio before booking and get clearance from your surgeon or doctor.
People often say they feel lighter and more relaxed afterwards. You will see claims online that lymphatic massage “detoxes” the body or causes weight loss. We don’t make those claims, and you shouldn’t expect them.
$225 for 90 minutes at both studios. A five-session package is $1,015.
The pressure is very light and the strokes are slow and repetitive. It isn’t designed to work into tight muscles.
Please call (516) 988-5160 before booking and check with your surgeon first. Post-surgical drainage needs the surgeon’s go-ahead.
There is no fixed number. Some people book one session to see how they feel; others choose the five-session package.
No. Any change you notice is fluid-related and temporary, not fat loss.
