This policy explains what personal information Adrenaline Sports Massage (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit adrenalinemassage.com, book with us, or contact us, and how we use it. The business is operated by Adrenaline Sport Massage.

Information we collect
- Booking details you give us: name, email address, mobile number, the treatment you book, appointment times and payment. Online bookings are handled by our booking provider, Mindbody, on our behalf.
- Health information you choose to share: for example on an intake form or when you tell your therapist about an injury or pregnancy. We use it only to give you a safe treatment.
- Messages and calls: what you send us by email, text or phone. Calls that come from our Google ads may be recorded by Google for call reporting.
- Website usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, how you arrived (for example from a Google ad), and whether you completed a booking. This is collected with cookies and similar technology (see below).
How we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you of and provide your appointments, and to take payment.
- To reply to your questions and send service messages, for example booking confirmations and reminders.
- To send offers by email or text only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email or by replying STOP to a text.
- To ask for a review after your visit.
- To understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep records we’re required to keep by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Mindbody: our booking, client-records and payments platform.
- Google: Google Analytics measures website use, and Google Ads measures and shows our ads. We may upload a hashed (encrypted) list of client email addresses or phone numbers to Google Ads (“Customer Match”). This lets us measure how past clients respond to our ads or show them relevant ads. Google matches the hashed list to its own accounts and doesn’t give us any information about you.
- Microsoft Clarity and Contentsquare: these tools show us how visitors use our pages, including anonymised session recordings, so we can fix problems on the site.
- Klaviyo: our email service, if you subscribe to emails.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising choices
Our website uses cookies for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. To be removed from any customer list we upload to Google, email info@adrenalinemassage.com and we will remove you from future uploads.
How long we keep it
We keep client and appointment records, including your contact details for marketing, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Once you unsubscribe, we stop using your details for marketing and remove you from future customer lists we upload to Google. We may keep basic appointment and payment records where the law requires it, for example for tax. Website analytics data is kept for as long as our analytics providers retain it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing info@adrenalinemassage.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit staff access to client information to what is needed for your care. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as New York law requires.
Age
Our services and website are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
